Stuck with the Marks

Stuck with the Marks is an interactive artwork, where the audience are invited to be over-taken by the projection of images. The images are marks that were captured by photography from a journey through the city, any mark that appeared to be man-made would be photographed throughout this journey. The marks would then be edited to a pattern, which removed the evidence of location. 

The collection of marks were played through a loop whilst the participators could come and be photographed with the mark covering their body. 

This piece focuses on the unnecessary marks we leave behind through our journeys. From chewing gum; to concrete cracks; to graffiti; this artwork focuses on the marks than man makes, and loops it back through interactivity to make the mark on man.
