250 Seconds
March, 2018

Inspired by the work of Sophie Calle, 250 Seconds focuses on capturing the movement of an environment. A photo was taken every 10 seconds for 250 seconds, resulting in 25 different photographs.
The attention to this piece is to make the spectator consider how fast the city environment changes, whilst the environment structure stays identical. This allows the viewer to consider what really makes up the environment, whether it is the historical architecture or actually the ever-changing public engagement.
250 Seconds is displayed through a large scale grid which allows the spectator to inspect all captured scenes.
